How many times do you think of God during the day or night? When you have a situation do you think of God. Or when something good happens do your thoughts run to God?

Ephes. 6:5-7
Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ. Philip. 2:13-16
for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose. [14] Do everything without complaining or arguing, [15] so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe [16] as you hold out the word of life--in order that I may boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor for nothing.

Key Points:

  • Need to let God work in your heart. God wants to help you do His will (Philip 2:13).
  • God judges our hearts as well as our deeds, so we must be as concerned about our attitudes that people don't see as well as actions that people do see (1 Thes 5:16-18)
  • We must come to terms that God's will is good, acceptable and perfect (Romans 12:2).
  • Majority of our problem knowing God's will is accepting His will without conditions. "thy will be done".

  • 1)Generally a condition we place on God is the need to know what God is doing.
2)A need to be safe as we define safe. If you trust God you will rely on God for your safety.
  • God wants us to conform to His image. God does not tell us to be anything specific but He does guide us. Are you living in God's will right now? Do not look for the big opportunity. Living your life in God's will.is to be to be the person God wants you to be today.
  • Bloom where you are planted.
